This Return & Refund Policy applies to all furniture products purchased through nestcabinet.us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase and want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This 14-day window gives you ample time to inspect your furniture, assemble it if applicable, and ensure it meets your expectations and fits perfectly in your space.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging with all protective materials intact.
- The item must be free of any damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, including your order number.
- Custom or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@nestcabinet.us with your order number, photos of the item's current condition, and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not ship the item back before receiving our confirmation and label.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original box and packaging materials, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or has manufacturing defects, we will cover the full return shipping cost at no charge to you.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the furniture, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on standard returns. However, items that are returned without proper packaging or show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, at our discretion.

6. Refunds
We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account — this is normal and outside of our control.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the furniture you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows us to process your exchange more efficiently and ensures you receive your new furniture as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Missing Parts
If your furniture arrives with damaged parts or is missing components, please contact us immediately at support@nestcabinet.us with photos of the damage and your order number. We will promptly send replacement parts at no additional cost or arrange for a full replacement if necessary.
